Balloon lifespan depends on type and environment.

Indoor balloon lifespan

•Helium Latex Balloons: 1-3 days

•Helium Small Foil (mylar): 1-3 days

•Helium Large & Jumbo Foil (Mylar): 2-5 days

•Air-filled Balloons (Garlands / Décor): Days to Weeks indoors

Balloons should be set up away from heat, sun, wind and sharp objects.

Outdoor balloons

Outdoor conditions greatly reduce balloon lifespan. Sun, heat, wind, rain, and temperature changes can cause balloons to deflate or pop - especially darker colors.

•Outdoor balloons usually last up to 24 hours in ideal conditions

•Best placed in shaded, covered areas

•They should be set up as close to event time as possible

Yes (ish). While I'd love to assist everyone, Revel & Co. is just a team of 1 and is unable to accommodate all. Factors such as advance booking, distance and date of event may not align with our availability. Please give us a call or send an e-mail to discuss your event in detail. :)

Yes. Takedown is included in your contract unless otherwise confirmed during signing. This takedown only includes the items / décor provided by Revel & Co. Party Boutique and does not include cleanup or removal of the event or other items.

After décor approval has been accepted and contract has been signed, payment is due in full within 48 hours of received signature. A 50% refund of the full event amount will be honored should the client provide written notice to cancel the event at least 72 hours before the event start time, i.e. if the event is 3pm Friday, written notice needs to be delivered by 3pm Tuesday. No refund will be granted after this window.

Revel & Co. uses only high-quality 100% biodegradable latex balloon brands such as Tuftex, Sempertex and Kalissan. These brands last longer than the discounted brands you may find online or in big box stores, and are thoroughly tested ensuring they meet safety, quality, and performance standards. Off brands are not subject to these tests and may house contaminants.

We will happily inflate your foil/mylar balloons, but not latex as per the safety tests mentioned above. In the event that you’d like your foil balloons to be inflated, please note we will handle these with care, but we are not liable if they do not inflate properly or pop.

Revel & Co. is thrilled to partner with you on your celebration, but we cannot handle all aspects of your event unless otherwise worked out during signing of your contract.

We prefer to work with high quality materials from reputable balloon providers and do not offer an Amazon or Etsy balloon garland kit inflation or styling service at this time.

•We recommend at least 24 hours in advance, but many balloons can be ready in 2 hours or less (exceptions apply). If you need an order on the same day, feel free to contact us via phone or text.
